Offshore-Hostings.com is an offshore web hosting provider operating exclusively on servers located in the Netherlands, Romania, and Germany — all sovereign European jurisdictions completely outside the legal reach of United States law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
As a company incorporated and operating exclusively under European law, we have absolutely no legal obligation to comply with DMCA takedown notices issued under US jurisdiction. We operate in full compliance with the laws of our host countries and we are proud to offer one of the most content-tolerant hosting environments available anywhere in the world today.
Our Content Policy — We Do Not Remove Content
Offshore-Hostings.com operates on a strict no-takedown policy. We do not remove, restrict, suspend, or interfere with any customer content based on complaints, notices, or pressure from third parties regardless of who they are or where they are located.
We firmly believe that freedom of expression, freedom of the press, and freedom of information are fundamental human rights. Our infrastructure exists to protect and preserve those rights — not to undermine them on behalf of corporations, governments, or special interest groups.
We will not take down your content based on any of the following:
DMCA notices or copyright complaints from US-based individuals, companies, or organizations. Takedown requests from foreign governments or law enforcement agencies outside our operating jurisdictions. Complaints from political organizations, corporations, media companies, or lobby groups. Mass complaint campaigns or coordinated pressure from third parties. Allegations of defamation, criticism, or reputational damage. Adult content, political content, news, commentary, satire, or whistleblowing material. Requests that reference laws or regulations that do not apply in the Netherlands, Romania, or Germany.
No exceptions. No negotiations. No removals.
What This Means for You as a Customer
When you host with Offshore-Hostings.com, your content is yours — completely and permanently. We will never interfere with your website, files, databases, or communications based on external pressure. You will never receive a suspension notice because a corporation filed a DMCA complaint. You will never wake up to find your website offline because a government agency sent us a letter. You will never be censored because someone disagrees with your content.
Your hosting account is your private space. We protect it unconditionally.
The Only Absolute Exception
Offshore-Hostings.com maintains one absolute and non-negotiable exception to our no-takedown policy. We will act immediately and without warning on any content that involves the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM). This is the single exception to our content freedom policy and it will be enforced without hesitation, without appeal, and without refund.
All other content — regardless of its nature, subject matter, political sensitivity, or commercial impact — is protected under our no-takedown policy.
How We Handle Complaints
We receive takedown requests, DMCA notices, and legal threats regularly. Here is exactly what happens when we receive them:
All complaints referencing US DMCA law are immediately rejected and discarded without response. All complaints referencing laws outside our operating European jurisdictions are rejected without action. All complaints that do not originate from a competent Dutch, Romanian, or German legal authority are filed and ignored. Legitimate legal orders from competent European courts are reviewed by our legal team on a case by case basis — however even in these cases we exhaust every available legal avenue to protect our customers before taking any action.
We do not forward complaints to our customers unless we are legally compelled to do so by a European court order. Your privacy is protected at every stage of this process.
